Register for free online or download the app. You can start searching immediately for properties in your area or other areas you may be interested in.

If you want to become a sharer and list a space, the registration process is exactly the same.

Add spaces that interest you now or in the future to your favorites list and start deciding which one will be your next practice location. You can even share a location a fellow clinician might be interested in!

Once a user selects a space and time to lease, the sharer will be notified that someone wants to use your space.

You are almost there! Review the final terms set by the sharer, including use, amenities, staff, equipment and any other items you expect from your use of the space that the sharer provides.

Once you sign your contract and make your first payment on the shared space, we complete our verification process and get you and the sharer ready for use!

Today is the day! Arrive at your new space ready to embark on new business with new patients an an exciting step in the growth of your practice! As your needs grow, book more available time slots in this or other shared spaces.

Maintaining a trusted community is very important to us, and we want to know how things are going! Our team will periodically check in asking you to participate in optional review intervals which ensure your shared space continues to meet expectations. If you’ve found a great sharer and space, let your colleagues know!

Additionally, sharers will have the opportunity to review users who have leased their shared clinical spaces. We hope that these practices help maintain a trusted experience between users and sharers and continue to foster and promote their mutually beneficial relationships.
